These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Still Mantra mobile app (the "App") provided by Still Mantra. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Subscriptions and free trial
Still Mantra is offered as an auto-renewing subscription with a free trial. Key terms:
- Your subscription begins with a 7-day free trial.
- Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription automatically renews and your Apple ID is charged the price shown at purchase (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you choose).
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours beforehand.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions are governed by Apple's standard terms in addition to these Terms.
Not medical advice
Still Mantra supports general wellbeing and mindfulness. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a health concern, please consult a qualified professional.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the App for personal, lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
Intellectual property
The App and its content are owned by Still Mantra and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Still Mantra is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
